Who should take the training?
The Pest Defense for Healthy Schools IPM training is a training package for K-12 school professionals who are involved in the environmental health of schools. Specialized training is available for Facility Managers, Maintenance Staff, Administrative Staff, Teachers, Food Service Staff, Custodial Staff, Landscape and Grounds Staff and School Nurses.
Can I get a certificate?
Yes! Take the training on your own time and receive a certificate after a short quiz.
Can someone come to my school district for an in-person training?
In-person Pest Defense training can be arranged through the IPM Institute of North America. Please email Julian Cooper, Project Manager, to learn more or if you would like to schedule a training for your school.
